Description
Connexion offers the Magnus 4G63 balance shaft elimination kit, suited to DSM, Evolution I–IX and VR4. Removing the original balance shafts deletes a bearing spinning at roughly twice crank speed, eliminating a point of possible failure that is rarely clearance-checked. It is a cleaner, more reliable solution than shaved or lathed factory shafts, and installs more easily than using a bearing as a plug (which can leak under blow-by). With good oil pressure it will handle anything the motor can do.

- Two billet plugs: a chamfered block plug with a slight interference fit, plus a redundant oil pump cover plug
- One-piece shortened steel stub shaft and a keyed, case-hardened B-shaft cog eliminator
- Fully reusable – transfer the parts to your next block
