Magnus McLaren Head Studs and L19 Main Bolts

Description

L19 fastener upgrade for the McLaren M838T and M840T, available as either head studs or main bolts that are direct OEM replacements with no block modification required. Bolts are used on the mains, rather than studs, to stop oil leakage, with new sealing washers available. Made by ARP from L19, a premium high-strength steel that delivers clamp loads up to 260,000 psi — chosen over 625 Custom Age because its controlled stretch avoids the casting stress that over-torquing a 625 bolt can cause. Used exclusively in Magnus’s 1300 hp+ crate engines.

Options

• Main bolt kit: 10 large and 10 small main bolts with sealing washers
• M12 stud kit: 20 L19 studs with nuts and washers

Always torque to the recommended specification, never more.
