Description
A bolt-in dry sump system for the Nissan R35 GTR VR38DETT. Added rpm, larger turbos and rising G-forces place strain on the factory oiling system that can lead to catastrophic failure; this kit supplies the pressure, volume and capacity needed to keep a high-power GTR reliable. Supplied with the pump, tank, brackets, fittings and hardware in three application-specific configurations.
Configuration options
- Standard (street): 4-stage Peterson pump, Magnus dry sump oil pan and oil plate, 2.3-gallon tank, custom mounting brackets, sway bar relocation mounts, AC/Non-AC bracket, drive assembly, fittings and hardware
- Road Race: 4-stage Peterson pump, pan, oil plate, 2.3-gallon tank, remote spin-on oil filter adapter, no AC bracket, drive assembly and hardware
- Drag: 5-stage Peterson pump (4 scavenge, 1 pressure), pan, oil plate, remote spin-on filter adapter, rear oil pick-up tubes, 2.3-gallon tank, drive assembly and hardware; requires front-end modifications
Optional add-ons include a mechanical fuel pump kit, a pre-cut and crimped BMRS line kit, and larger or custom tanks by request.
