Description

A rear-wheel-drive conversion kit for the VR38 engine, for clutch, TH400 or any non-factory transmission. It allows the 4WD lower pan to be removed and the engine lowered up to 5 inches, bringing the crankshaft centreline to a more usable 8–9 inches — ideal for RWD tube-chassis cars, street rods, drift builds and carbon monocoque vehicles that use the engine as a stressed member. It works with lockup torque converters, and the plate can be cut in thickness to adjust converter spacing. Uses the factory GTR starter and crank sensor, and pairs with the Magnus billet flywheel and bell housing. Requires Magnus dry sump components; the factory oil pump cannot be used.
