Description

High-performance main bearings for the McLaren M838 and M840 engines, offered in two types. The tri-metal variant has a softer, more forgiving outer layer for high-horsepower builds (made by King Bearings, supplied with thrust washers); the bi-metal variant uses a harder surface for those wanting an OEM-style bearing. Both are built for strength and durability under increased engine loads.

No OEM-style rod bearings are offered, as the OEM rods are prone to failure — Magnus replaces them with its own piston and rod combination, which includes rod bearings.
