The V5 is Magnus's cast-aluminium intake manifold for the Mitsubishi Evolution IV to IX, developed from a fresh design over two years and more than a dozen prototypes. Cast in A356 aluminium with a 3/16″ wall thickness, it uses a tapered 5-litre plenum and integrated velocity stacks that transition into the head port, matched to the 10-degree port entry of the EVO head for uninterrupted flow.

  • Cast A356-T6 aluminium with a high-quality surface finish
  • Works with throttle bodies from stock up to 100mm
  • Consistent gains from 30 to 52 AWHP depending on set-up
  • Flows 100 lb/min (1000 HP) of air at 60PSI with equal distribution
  • Can be configured for 8 injectors; fits the factory or Magnus high-flow fuel rail
  • Bolts up in the stock location while remaining suited to full race use
