Description

Forged pistons for the 4G63, developed over more than a decade of Mitsubishi piston work with tested compression ratios from 7.5:1 to 12.5:1. All pistons are for turbo and nitrous use unless specified for naturally aspirated applications.

Designed to be as light as possible while retaining strength, with high-strength taper-wall pins. The shape reduces thrust loading on the cylinder walls and runs quietly even at loose tolerances of .005in plus, and Mitsubishi pistons feature the detonation-fighting quench-pad dish. The most popular sizes are stocked; other sizes are available by special request (allow 3-5 weeks, or 5-8 weeks in racing season).
