Description

The Pro Valve offered as a stand-alone upgrade for the Magnus Launch Control Device, suitable for owners of the Standard version or those replacing an older-style valve. Now in its fourth revision after almost 20 years of development, the Pro valve has an aluminium body and offers the widest range of operation and the finest control for consistent, repeatable launches.

Features

  • Pro version suited to tight, well-prepared drag strips; the Standard version suits looser, unprepped street surfaces
  • Aluminium body with fine, wide-range adjustment
  • Identified by a gold adjustment knob (Pro) versus a blue knob (Standard) from 2022 onward

As a general starting point, aim for a clutch release of roughly 0.2–0.3 seconds for a tight track and 0.4–0.6 seconds for the street.
