Description

A diaphragm-clutch management device—also known as a clutch slipper valve—that relieves the effort needed to slip the clutch for consistent launches. An adjustable slip setting lets you dial in the amount of slip as track and weather change, improving 60-foot times while helping protect driveline parts. A built-in line lock is used only when launching and is bypassed off the 2-step, so there is no clutch slippage between gears. Now in its 4th revision after nearly 20 years of use.

Standard suits looser, unprepped surfaces; the Pro version (aluminium body, finer control) suits well-prepared drag strips. Should only be active through first gear, and must be bled with a vacuum tool until it operates as a normal clutch when off.
