Description

A billet transfer-case bearing cover for DSM, Galant VR4 and Evo 1–3, machined from T6 6061 alloy to replace the fragile cast-iron original. Most transfer-case failures come from flex of the case and the weak cast cover rather than the gears; this cover eliminates that flex and keeps the gears located. Used with an upgraded 300M output shaft, it has proven the key to keeping transfer cases together over repeated quarter-mile passes.
